Refund Policy

Sonexial offers author website and optimization services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how cancellations work.

1. Free AI Visibility Scan

The Free AI Visibility Scan is free. Running a scan and receiving the emailed report costs nothing and involves no payment.

2. Kits and diagnostics

The Amazon Visibility Kit and the GEO Diagnostic are produced from the details you submit at intake and are personalized to your book or website.

• Before work begins: If payment has been made but no research, analysis, or writing has started, you may request a full refund.
• After work begins: Once research, analysis, or writing has started, payments are non-refundable.

If you are unhappy with a deliverable, Sonexial will provide reasonable revisions within the agreed scope.

3. One-time website packages

One-time website packages, including Author Starter and Author Platform, involve custom strategy, planning, design, development, and setup work.

Refund availability depends on the project stage:

• Before work begins: If payment has been made but no strategy, design, writing, setup, or development work has started, you may request a full refund.
• After work begins: Once strategy, design, writing, setup, development, or project work has started, payments become non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• After delivery or launch: Payments are non-refundable after final delivery, transfer, or launch, except where Sonexial has failed to deliver the agreed core scope and has not corrected the issue after reasonable notice.

Sonexial will make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns before treating a project as final.

4. Custom projects and deposits

Custom projects may require a deposit, milestone payment, or full payment before work begins. Deposits reserve time on the schedule and may be non-refundable once work has started or time has been reserved.

Any custom refund terms included in a written proposal, invoice, or agreement will control over this general Refund Policy.

5. GEO Retainer

The GEO Retainer is a monthly service. You may cancel future billing at any time by emailing brian@sonexial.com.

Payments already made for the GEO Retainer are non-refundable once the monthly reporting, research, visibility checks, or analysis work for that billing period has begun.

6. Third-party costs

Refunds from Sonexial do not include third-party fees paid to outside providers, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Examples of third-party costs may include:

• Domain registration fees
• Hosting fees
• Premium plugins or software
• Email marketing tools
• Scheduling tools
• Stock images or licensed assets
• Advertising spend
• Payment processor fees

7. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email brian@sonexial.com with:

• Your name
• The email address used for the project or purchase
• The service purchased
• The reason for the refund request
• The date of payment

Sonexial will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe, usually within 5 business days.

8. Refund method

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

9. Abuse of refund policy

Sonexial reserves the right to deny refund requests that appear abusive, fraudulent, or made in bad faith, including attempts to obtain custom work, previews, strategy, copy, designs, or deliverables without payment.
